For this you need to determine your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) for the day. That means you have to decide how many calories you will spend and how much you will consume in a day. Then determine how many calories you need to take to lose weight, for that you can decide how many times you can eat, six times a day or twice.

If you decide to lose weight for your better health and fitness then first of all you need to pay attention to what causes you to gain weight. After finding causes you must avoid or treat those causes for healthy and irreversible weight loss. If excess calorie consumption is reason then you should limit calories in diet, or if slow metabolism or hypothyroidism is cause then you must treat it with help of your Doctor.

Often we stop eating as many food items as we want to lose weight. When trying to lose weight, you should pay more attention to what you can eat to lose weight and avoid other food. Most of us have a bad habit of emotional eating; they eat when they are worried or happy. But you should eat only when you are hungry. We sit in front of the TV while eating or our concentration is only on mobile while eating, which is very bad for digestion. If you don't pay attention to what you eat then your digestion & metabolism will be slow. This kind of eating habits endangers your health. So what to eat and how to eat are two important things. You can also reduce your appetite by drinking a glass of water before eating. This will also reduce your appetite and decrease amount of food you consume.
Apart from this, it is possible to lose weight fast by planning some other measures. Drinking lukewarm water after waking up in the morning helps in burning body fat, cleanses the stomach and improves blood flow.
Exercise can be done at any time of the day. But if you want to lose weight, it is better to exercise in the morning. If you exercise in the morning, your body burns more calories and therefore loses both fat and weight.
